Hot Tub Spa
The most
popular facility at Terracotta Gardens is the delightful
hot tub spa heated to around 40 degrees centigrade on a
private area of the lower deck. Whether for a relaxing dip
before bed or a fun time with friends or children during
the day, everyone loves it. Extra spa bath towels are
provided.

Sleeping Accommodation
Upstairs: 2 x
Queen double bedrooms opening onto the large upper deck
with views across the bush-covered valley and small views
of the Bay across towards Waitangi. Wardrobe; dresser;
clock/radio. 1 x double bunk bedroom decorated particularly
for children.
Downstairs: 1
x King double bedroom with ensuite, direct access to
private spa pool deck. Wardrobe; dresser; clock/radio.
All bed linen is provided.

Bathrooms
Upstairs: Large
modern shower and vanity. Separate toilet.
Downstairs: Modern ensuite.
Linen
provided: Bath and hand towels, face cloths, bath
mats.

Kitchen
Upstairs: Full kitchen with gas cooktop, microwave oven,
under-bench oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, extensive
cupboards, shelves and benchtops. Utensils, crockery,
cutlery. A four-burner gas barbecue with an oven cover is
just through the lounge doors on the upper deck.

Downstairs: Kitchenette with microwave oven,
small dual hotplate cooktop, mini-fridge, electric jug,
toaster and small set of utensils etc.
Linen provided: tea towels, hand towels, kitchen cloths.

Dining/Lounge
Upstairs: Large
dining table, access to and views across upper deck, large
sofa and lazy-boy chair, cane chairs, TV with DVD/CD
player, Sky TV access, heaters, dimming lights. Elevator
access to downstairs.

Downstairs:
Small table and chairs, access to and views across lower
deck and garden, sofa, easy chair, TV, writing desk.

|
Laundry
Top loading
washing machine, dryer, tub, iron & ironing board,
cleaning equipment. Extensible clothes-line partly covered
under the upper deck.

Garage
There is a
large new double carport at the front of the house. A
covered porch leads to the front door. The driveway off the
road is short but quite steep and low-slung cars should
cross the kerb at an angle to avoid scraping. Limited
parking is also available on the road frontage.

Pets
Acceptable pets
welcomed by prior agreement only. Please discuss when
booking.
Internet, Telephone, TV
We can provide a wireless internet connection for your
wifi-equipped laptop computer. Also a wifi iPod dock connected
to TV. Satellite (Sky) TV channels and DVD players.
There is no telephone in the house but there is good
mobile phone reception for both Vodafone and Telecom
services.
